Inside our flagship Newport Reuse centre store.

Last year we saved tens of thousands of household items (more than 620 tonnes worth) from being dumped in skips.

We've created 37 new jobs and one third of our employees were previously volunteers with us.

We’ve created 37 jobs across SE Wales, helped by 100+ volunteers. One third of our paid staff were previously volunteers in our shops.

Saving these items means we can make them available at prices for all. We also donate items to local charities near our shops.

We help reduce social isolation - come and join in a community of like minded people

Volunteering plays a key role in helping reduce social isolation by providing a safe and supportive environment to build confidence.

Plenty of chances to sue and develop your IT skills as a volunteer in our IT department

Collecting, testing and selling items not only creates paid jobs and volunteering opportunities – but also stops items going to landfill.

People volunteer fo all sorts of reasons - from getting work experience to just meeting people again and feeling part of society.

For some volunteers it’s a first step back into the world of work, for others its a way to get out of the house and feel part of a community.
